SAVARD, Albert - Passed away at Toronto General Hospital, Thursday, February 28, 2008 at the age of 60. Albert Savard was the beloved husband of Doreen (née Purdy) and loved father of Cathy Savard (Rob Larivière), Carol Crockford (John) and Julie Horsman (Rob). He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Heather, Daryl, Jonathan, James, Jacob and Hailee. Dear brother of Bella Gallant, Noëlla Savard, Vic Savard, Florence Audette and Alex Savard. Predeceased by his parents, Philomène and Léon Savard and one brother, Joe. Albert was a former employee of Canadian Pacific Railway for 24 years. Family and friends may pay their respects at McGUINTY FUNERAL HOME, Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be conducted in McGuinty Funeral Home Chapel, Monday at 2 p.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
