He was a disabled veteran and a loving son and brother.He is survived by his mother Geneva Abell, 3 brothers, Carl Williams, Jr. (Donna), Roger Williams (Wanda), and Charles Abell (Karen), 4 sisters Karmel Hawkins (Larry), Megan Abell, Nanette Fountain (Gary) and Dena McDaniel, 12 nieces and 7 nephews and his special friend Dawn Henderson.Funeral Services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, May 20, at Jackson Bluff Community Church, 4470 Wainwright Road (corner of Blountstown Hwy and Wainwright), Tallahassee, FL 32310.
