JOHNSON _It is with deep sorrow the family announces that Albert (Ab) John Johnson passed away peacefully on July 9, 2004 with family by his side. Ab was born November 24, 1906 at Hope, North Dakota to parents Halvor and Anna Johnson and was the eldest of six children. He was predeceased by his parents, three brothers and his loving wife Lucy (Martin) in 1985. He is survived and will be sadly missed by his six children: sons Bob (Mary) Victoria, BC, Garry (Delores) Phippen, SK; daughters Thelma of North Battleford, Donna (Jack) of Wilkie, Betty Joan (Les) of Calgary, Marguerite (Ron) of Prince Albert; brother, George (Mary) of Toronto; sister Annice of Unity, SK; 20 grandchildren; 37 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. The Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 13, at 2:00 p.m. at the Wilkie United Church with Roger Emberly officiating.
