ALBERT EDWARD COLLINS It is with great sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of Albert Edward Collins on November 26, 2011 in his 87th year. Beloved husband and soul mate of Donna (nee Kenny). Dearly loved father of Kenny Todd (wife Marjorie) and William John. Adored grandfather of David, Dana, Megan and Michael. Predeceased by parents Mariah (nee Todd) and William John; sisters Ida, Violet and Adelaide; brothers James, John and David; and sister-in-law Margaret Nixon (nee Kenny). Survived by many loving nieces and nephews and dear friends. A consummate educator for over 40 years, Albert practiced his craft by encouraging others and taking humble satisfaction in their successes. Known for his trademark, All things good and nothing bad, he lived what he spoke. A private celebration will honour the life of this extraordinary individual. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Palliative Care Unit at St. Michael's Hospital or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
