Whitaker, Alan B. Sept. 24, 1920 - May 25, 2010Alan B. Whitaker, 89, of Lake Suzy, formerly of Fort Lauderdale, died May 25, 2010.Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at Roberson Funeral Homes, Port Charlotte Chapel. Services will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. San Antonio Catholic Church. Entombment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Port Charlotte.Survivors include his wife, Margaret; a son, Alan B. Jr.; daughters Pamela Whitaker Bradham and Candace Whitaker Kelly; and three grandchildren.
