Agnes S. Carter, 92, of Dennisville, passed away on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at Crest Haven Nursing Home. She was born in Belfry, KY and has lived here for six years after living in Bridgeton for over 50 years. She loved reading, gardening, sewing and crocheting. She recently started bird watching from the window. She was a fabulous cook that enjoyed taking care of the home and family. Mrs. Carter is survived by her children, Linda Newpher and Cleveland Carter, Jr.; her daughter in law, Peggy Carter; her sisters, Sophie Rieger and Anne Frambes; her grandchildren, Kaitland Carter, Elliott Carter, Maggie Carter, and Emily Carter; and her great grandsons, Wm. Christopher Estlow, IV and Vincent D. Potts. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cleveland E. Carter in 1991 and her son William D. Carter in 1997. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 21, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the RADZIETA FUNERAL HOME, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, where viewing will begin at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in Laurel Lawn Cemetery, Bridgeton.
