Agnes-Elizabeth Anderson, born in 1916, spouse of Clyde William Woodrow, daughter of James and Hannah, mother of Donald and Dou, died on February 24, 2009 at 93 years old.
WOODROW, Agnes Elizabeth - a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away peacefully at Sydenham Residence on Tuesday, February 24, 2009 in her 93rd year. Agnes is the daughter of the late James & Hannah (McMurray) Anderson. Beloved wife of the late Clyde William Woodrow. Loving mother of Donald of Chatham and Doug & his wife Barbara of Sarnia. Dear grandmother of Judy Hobbs, Mark & Cory, Matthew & Colleen and Jessica Woodrow and great grandmother of Eric, Ethan, Amanda, Jamie and Aiden. Sister of Kenneth & Alma Anderson, Donald & the late Jean Anderson and Jenny & the late Bert Woodrow, and the late James & Evelyn Anderson, Joseph & Mabel Anderson, Hannah & Sid Siddall and Nellie & Charles Brooksbank. Sister-in-law of Joyce Whiteside, Velma Moreland, Grace Harriman and Christina Bechard She will be missed by her many nieces and nephews. Agnes was a member of the Trinity United Church Women and the Quilting Guild. Friends may call at the HAYCOCK- CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME, 409 Nelson Street (at Elgin) in Wallaceburg from 2-4 & 7-9 PM on Thursday. The funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home by Diaconal Minister Cheryl Kirk on Friday, February 27 at 1:30 PM. The interment will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
