NEW BEDFORD -- Adrienne F. (St. Martin) Petitjean, 82, of New Bedford, died unexpectedly Saturday, June 4, 2005, at St. Luke's Hospital. She was the widow of George J. Petitjean. They were married 58 years. Born in Taunton, she was the daughter of the late Treffley and Angelina St. Martin. She lived most of her life in New Bedford. Mrs. Petitjean was a homemaker. She attended Taunton High School. She enjoyed socializing with her family and friends. Survivors include four sons, Robert E. Petitjean and his wife, Rita, Charles G. Petitjean and his wife, Bernice, and James M. Petitjean, all of New Bedford and Stephen P. Petitjean of North Dartmouth; a daughter, Donna L. Petitjean of New Bedford; a brother, Cedric St. Martin of Florida; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was a sister of the late Treffley St. Martin, Palma St. Martin, Robert St. Martin and Irma Urich. Her funeral Mass will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary Church. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
