TAUNTON Adeline (Fruzzetti) Ricci, age 91 years, of Taunton, died Sunday, Aug. 9, 2009, at Good Samaritan Medical Center, in Brockton, after a period of failing health. She was the wife of the late Mando Ricci. Born Tuesday, March 12, 1918, in Bridgewater, she was a daughter of the late Peter and Aurelia Fruzzetti. Adeline was a 1935 graduate of Bridgewater High School and a 1939 graduate for Bridgewater State College. She was a former resident of Brockton and East Bridgewater. She enjoyed cooking, cake decorating, doing cross word puzzles, following the Red Sox and was very devoted to her family. She is survived by three children Peter, Ricci and his wife Mary of Berkley, Gordon Ricci and his wife Nancy of East Bridgewater and Karen Barnes and her husband Robert of Taunton, with whom she made her home with; six grandchildren, Christine, Sarah, Christopher and Marissa Ricci, Jenna Bergeron and her husband John and Robert Barnes Jr.; a great-grandson, Mason Bergeron; and many nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Roland, Ernest and Robert Fruzzetti. A funeral service will be held Thursday ,at 10 a.m., in the Dahlborg-MacNevin Funeral Home, 647 Main St., Brockton.
