Addie Mae Jones, 74, died Sept. 30, 2007, at her home. She was born in Green Pond, S.C. and lived in Fort Pierce for 49 years, coming from South Carolina. She was a homemaker. Survivors include daughters, Leivnia Jones, Annie Mae Jones and Victoria Frazier, all of Fort Pierce; brother, Joseph Middleton of Bronx, N.Y.; sisters, Ruthie Mae Allen of Guyton, Ga., and Joyce Chisolm and Margaret Brisbon, both of Green Pond, and Sarah M. Young of Bronx; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Albert Huger; and mother, Christine Chisolm. SERVICES: Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Oct. 4 at 13th Street Church of God. A funeral service will be 2 p.m. Oct. 6 at the Mount Olive AME Church in Walterboro, S.C. Burial will be in Mount Olive AME Cemetery in Walterboro. Local arrangements are by Sarah's Memorial Chapel, Fort Pierce. Out-of-town arrangements are by Kogers Mortuary, Walterboro.
