LEE, ARTHUR RONALD - age 75, of Knoxville, TN formerly of Harlan, KY passed away April 4, 2014. He was born October 19, 1938 in Harlan Co., KY to the late Rufus and Reva Lee. He retired from the Kentucky State Dept. of Transportation after 35 years of service. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Morgan Lee; brother, Lloyd Cole; and granddaughter, Jessica Fitch. Left to mourn his passing are his children: Tammy Lee King and husband, Phillip, and Kim Lee Fitch and husband, Scott; grandchildren: Jason King, Ashlee Vanderhoof, Allison Fitch, and Lesley Fitch; great-grandchildren: Jace King, Charisma Messer, and Kaylee Vanderhoof; and brothers Jack Lee and Bill Lee. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the caregivers at Wellsprings Senior Living. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Smokey Mountain Hospice, 3615 Martin Luther King, Jr. Ave. Knoxville, TN 37914 or Alzheimer's of East Tennessee. Visitation will be Monday, April 7, 2014 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral will follow in the chapel of Mount Pleasant at 2:00 PM.
