LEE, WILLIE E., 83 Citra - Willie E. Lee, 83, a retired farmer and postal clerk for the United States Postal Service, died Tuesday, April 3, 2007. A native of Marion County, Willie Lee lived all his years in Florida. He is survived by his sons, George Lee of Birmingham, AL.; Jimmy Lee of Adairesville, GA.; Harold Lee of Citra; Donald Lee of Silver Springs, Stanley Lee of Valrico; daughters Edith Smith of Brooker and Sandra Smith of Ocala; FL., brothers Hubert Lee of Ocala, James Lee of Ocala, Charles Lee of Jesup, GA.; sisters Bertie Briggs of Jacksonville, Mae Cotton of Ocala; 24 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Rose Lee and daughter Jean Wilson. A funeral service will be held at 11AM on Saturday, April 7, 2007 at Hiers Funeral Home, 910 SE Silver Springs Blvd. with Bill Smith, Dick Cornell, and Frank Porter officiating. Interment will follow at Millwood Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 6-8PM on Friday, April 6, 2007 at Hiers Funeral Home.
