Carrigan, 71, died Friday (October 26, 2012) at the Huntington Living Center, Waterloo.Friend may call from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday (November 1) at the Baris Funeral Home, 87 West Genesee St., Clyde. Funeral services will be private.Mr. Carrigan was born March 19, 1941, in Watertown, the son of Wallace and Dorothy Phillips Carrigan. He was a Machine operator for Gould Pumps.He is survived by his son, Kevin of Clyde; three grandchildren, Shelby (Damon Rinks) of Tennessee, Mitchell and Phillip Carrigan both of Clyde.He was predeceased by his son Phillip, his parents Wallace and Dorothy, a brother John, a sister Bethany.
