KELLETT- William Kellett, 83 of St. Catharines died suddenly on December 12, 2005 surrounded by his beloved wife and family members. He was the loving husband of Germayne (DeVaney) of St. Catharines. Father of Kathleen (Dave) Marr and Ruth Bowman. Also loved by his “children“ Daniel (Judith Rowell) DeVaney, Margaret (Robert) Lashway and James (Stefani Perakis). Loving grandfather of Brenna (David Bartolucci) DeVaney, James G. DeVaney and Sara DeVaney, Robert Lashway and Jennifer Lashway, and Lucas and Jessica Harris. Also Andrea Fenning, Christine Bowman, Gregory Marr, Shannon,Marr and Laurie Marr. Also Survived by two great- grandchildren. He was the son of the late William and Margaret Kellett Of Carrickfergus, Ireland. Bill worked in the Ontario paper mill as a Millwright for 22 years until his retirement in 1986. Bill was known for his wonderful sense of humor. He was also a skilled craftsman who built his own house and then re-built it several times over! He was happiest when he was working around the house or in his workshop. He spent countless hours planting, weeding and nurturing his garden and readily shared the fruits of his labour. He even let his granddaughter and daughter-in-law eat the raspberries off his bushes! He enjoyed playing cards (only when he was winning!) with family and friends. Bill was always ready to lend a helping hand to others. He will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed. A service of remembrance will be held at St. Giles Presbyterian Church, Saturday December 17, 2005 at 11 a.m. - 12/15/2005 - ID7592034
