William Edward "Bill" Wiggins, 35, died Nov. 5, 2008, in Vero Beach. He was born in Dunn, N.C., and lived in Vero Beach for the past 20 years. He worked in construction. He was a volunteer at the Source in Vero Beach and a former volunteer firefighter in Hope Mills, N.C. Survivors include his mother, Judy Brown of Vero Beach; sisters, Leigh Richmond of Titusville and Michelle W. Martin of Newport, N.C; brother, Jonathan Wiggins of Fort Pierce; son, William Wiggins Jr. of Wilmington, N.C.; daughters, Rebecca Wiggins of Wilmington, N.C., and Savannah Wiggins, of Vero Beach; stepfather, Wes Brown of Vero Beach; maternal grandmother, Grace M. Wright of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; and paternal grandmother, Evelyn Wiggins of Fayetteville, N.C. Memorial contributions may be made to the Source, 1015 Commerce Ave., Vero Beach, FL 32960. SERVICES: A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Nov. 8 at St. Mark's Church in Vero Beach with the Rev. Michael Ward officiating. Arrangements are by Aycock Funeral Home, Fort Pierce.
