SMITH, VIRGINIA, 80, of Louisville passed away Saturday, July 24, 2010. She was retired from Brown & Williamson and a member of West End General Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her son, Richard Paul Rowe; sister, Ruby McDonaugh; and two brothers Howard and William Rogers. She is survived by her loving daughter, Teresa Edwards (Walter France); sister, Mary Louise Barkley; and five grandchildren. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at J.B. Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home Portland, 2114 W. Market St., with burial in Maple Hill Cemetery, Greensburg, KY. Visitation will be 2 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
