WOOD, VERNICE HELEN PATRICIA. The death of Vernice Helen Patricia Wood of Oromocto, NB, occurred at the Oromocto Public Hospital on Thursday, July 6th, 2006. Born in Central Blissville, NB on June 2, 1926. She was the daughter of the late Leonard and Ethel (Smith) Toole, and the wife of the late Joe Wood. Vernice was a member of St. John's Anglican Church and the Oromocto Sunbury Friendship Seniors Group. Survived by several nephews and one niece. Visitation will be held at the Oromocto Select Community Funeral Home on Saturday, July 8th, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at the St. John's Anglican Church on Sunday, July 9th, 2006 at 2.00 pm. Rev. Keith Howlett will officiate. Interment will be in the St. John's Anglican Cemetery.
