WINFIELD SMITH, Valerie. Passed away peacefully Sunday evening, December 2, 2007 at the CSSS d'Argenteuil, Lachute, Quebec after a brief illness at the age of sixty-one. She leaves to mourn her loving father John and her mother Peggy Lewis (the late Herb). A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 17, 2007 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of the J.P. MacKimmie Funeral Home, 660 rue Principale, Lachute, QC. Visitation Monday from 12:30 p.m. until time of service. A reception will follow at the Lachute Legion hall. Sincere thanks to the staff at the Lachute Hospital for their kindness and good care. In lieu of flowers, donations to Cancer Research would be appreciated.
