SMITH, Tammy Lynn - Peacefully at the Kingston General Hospital Monday, September 15, 2008 with her family at her side in her 44th year. Beloved daughter of Bob and Lorna Smith of Kingston. Dear sister to Melodie Raymo (Gord) and Vicky Smith. Loving granddaughter to Leah Hartman (late Charles Slack and late Clarence), late Albert Smith (Letty Saunders). Loving aunt to Christy Raymo and the late Elisha Raymo. Tammy is survived by her aunts and uncles Clark Smith (late Lillian), David Slack (Cecilia), Rachelle Manuel (JP) and her cousin Shelley Slack also predeceased by cousins Lisa and Jose Slack. Family and friends are welcome to attend a memorial service on Saturday September 27, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. in Kingston West Free Methodist Church, 1575 Woodbine Road, Kingston. A private family interment will follow at later date.
