OWENSBORO MAY-JOHNSON, SHARON, 47, met her Heavenly Father on the evening of Saturday, October 30, 2004, after a valiant struggle following a sudden and unexpected medical event. Sharon received her bachelor of arts degree at Western Kentucky University. She received her juris doctorate degree from Salmon P. Chase School of Law. Throughout her legal career, she was engaged in private practice and was a Jefferson County, KY, public defender. She was employed by the Daviess County Public School System. Her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Trinity Episcopal Church. Visitation will be from noon-8 p.m. Tuesday at Glenn Funeral Home and from 9-11 a.m. Wednesday at Trinity Episcopal Church.
