JOHNSON Ruth, 83, of Franklin Lakes passed away on July 11, 2013. Born in Paterson, she lived in Oakland before moving to Franklin Lakes 43 years ago. She worked as a supervisor for Commercial Housekeeping Services of Franklin Lakes and retired in 1993. Ruth enjoyed gardening and raising tropical plants in her greenhouse at home. She was also a member of the Brownstone Quilters Guild. Beloved wife of Douglas Johnson of Franklin Lakes. Devoted mother of Linda Johnson of Mahwah and Karen Johnson of Brooklyn Loving grandmother of Matthew Bompane, Emily Southwick and Timothy Southwick.
