Robert D. Parker, 77, of Quincy, formerly of Weymouth, died Dec. 21, 2014. Born and raised in Quincy, he was the son of Warren and Mildred (Davis) Parker. He graduated Quincy High School in 1955, and was a long-time Salesman with Pioneer Manufacturing, retiring in 1999. Mr. Parker had been active in Freemasonry, serving as Past Master of Manet Masonic Lodge of Quincy, Past District Deputy Grand Master of Quincy 26th Masonic District and Past Master of Lodge of Instruction, Quincy. He was also a former member of Christ Church of Quincy. He was the loving husband of more than 50 years to Carol A. (Buccilli) Parker. Father of James W. Parker and his wife Carlyn of Weymouth, and Michael R. Parker and his wife Christine of Weymouth. Grandfather of Robert, Alexander, Jacob and Matthew Parker, all of Weymouth. Brother of William B. Parker of Bridgewater, Mildred Muther of Venice, Fla. , Linda Coy of Braintree and the late Warren J. Parker. Brother-in-law of Eva and Stanley Hathon of Englewood, Fla. Memorial visiting hours at the Hamel, Wickens & Troupe Funeral Home, 26 Adams St., Quincy Center on Tuesday, Dec. 23, from 4 - 6 p.m. A memorial service immediately followed beginning at 6 p.m. with the Rev. Clifford Brown, Rector of Christ Churct, officiating. Interment private.
