HALL-WILLIAMS Our beloved Ms. Rena Mae Hall-Williams was called home by our loving and just Heavenly Father on Monday, April 26, 2010. Ms. Rena Mae Hall-Williams was born in Darlington County, S.C. on May 11, 1940. She was the loving daughter of the late Pasty Berry Williams, Roy Hall and stepfather, Dock Howard Williams Sr. She was educated in the public schools of Lee County, S.C. Ms. Hall-Williams gave birth to her only child, Angel Hall in 1961. She and her daughter moved to Bridgeport in 1962 where she lived and worked for many years. She worked at VCR in Bridgeport for more than 30 years until she retired. Ms. Hall-Williams joined West End CME Church in 1978 and has been affiliated with the church for many years. Ms. Hall-Williams and her daughter, Angel Hall had a mother-daughter bond that was indescribable. Whenever you saw her, you knew Angel would not be far behind. She loved her family, helping to raise her youngest sister, Mamie Williams-Reed after the death of her mother. In her leisure, she enjoyed going to tag sales and family gatherings. Those sharing the joys and sorrows of live and survive to cherish the memories are her daughter, Angel Hall of Bridgeport; her brother, David Hall of Bridgeport; three sisters, Elder Fannie Mae Robinson (Bishop Robert L. Robinson Sr. of Lamar, S.C., Dorothy Mae Williams (Samuel Johnson Sr.) of Bridgeport and Mamie L. Williams-Reed (Henry L. Reed) of Lamar, S.C.; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews; and many other close relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her mother, Patsy Berry-Williams; father, Roy Hall; stepfather, Dock Howard Williams Sr.; two brothers, Charlie Hall and Dock Howard Williams Jr.; one siter, Annie Mae Hall; and one sister-in-law, Mary Hall. Rest Mom, Sister, Aunt.
