Phyllis May Smith 1931-2012 Phyllis May Smith of Peterborough, Ontario passed away June 23, 2012 at the Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville, NB. Phyllis was born in Peterborough, Ontario and lived for most of her life in Oshawa, ON. She had moved to New Brunswick only two months ago to live with her daughter in Southampton. Phyllis was a daughter of the late John and Vera Thompson. She was the wife of the late Calvin G. Smith who predeceased her in 1967. She is survived by her children, Leonard Smith, Peterborough, ON, Terry Smith (Maureen), Sunderland, ON, Donna Smith, Bobcaygeon, ON, Bonnie Davidson, Southampton, NB, Eugene Hayes, Ontario, Ann Hayes, Ontario, Patricia Hayes, Ontario and Wayne Bloye, Ontario as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, Phyllis was predeceased by a son, Robert Bloye. A funeral service will be held at a later date in Dwight, ON with interment in the Dwight Union Cemetery.
