SMITH, PEGGY ANN, 75Belleview - Peggy Ann Smith, 75, of Belleview passed away on February 23, 2008. She was born in Tarboro, NC and moved here in 1938. Mrs. Smith worked for the Marion County School Board for twenty years as a teacher's assistant and she was also a real estate developer. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Belleview. Mrs. Smith loved holiday celebrations with her family and spending time with them. Her hobbies included cooking and caring for her family gave her the most enjoyment. She was most proud of her children and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her late husband, Fred T. Brown Jr. and grandson, Fred T. Brown IV. She is survived by her husband; James A. Smith, Belleview, FL, daughter; Shirley (John) Rudnianyn, Reddick, FL; sons; Fred (Diane) Brown of Ocala, FL, Perry (Vicky) Brown of Lynn Haven, FL, Joe (Lisa) Brown of Belleview FL, and her two sisters; Sue Anderson of Charleston, WV, Betty-Jo Coker of Tarboro, NC. The visitation will be held on Monday, February 25, 2008 at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services in Belleview from 5-7 p.m. Services will be held on Tuesday, February 26, 2008 at 10 a.m. at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services in Belleview followed by burial at Ocklawaha Community Cemetery.
