Patricia Marlene Moore September 24,1937 - July 11, 2013 It is with great sadness that the family of Patricia Marlene Moore (nee Jacknicke) announces her passing on July 11, 2013. Pat is survived by her brother Ken (Linda) Jacknicke of Edmonton and her loving children Martin (Carmen) of Salmon Arm and daughter Patti-Jaye(Ralph) of Ladner. She leaves behind 5 adoring granddaughters Amelia, Laura-Beth, Jocelyn, Karly and Taylor. Pat (Gma$ as she was affectionately known ) grew up in Edmonton before moving to North Delta in the early '70'sto raise her family. A devoted mother first, she also found time for curling, golf and friends. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Delta Hospice Society or local SPCA would be appreciated. No service by request.
