DAVIS, Mrs. Nellie FrancesBrown, 90, went to meet herSavior and be reunited withher loved ones in heaven onThursday, October 8, 2009, atCedar Crest, Montgomery, Alabama. She was born January 27, 1919, in Mobile, Alabama and grew up in Buckatunna, Mississippi. She laterreturned to Mobile where shewas employed by MobileGas Company for manyyears. She resided there untilshe was 81 years old, atwhich time she moved toMontgomery, Alabama. Shewas preceded in death byher parents, Mr. Alec BurtonBrown and Mrs. Lydia AliceWhite Brown, siblings: MaryMargaret Brown Walker,Thomas Edward Brown andJoseph Alec Brown, and theirspouses. She is survived byher son and daughter-in-law,John Richard and BellindaDavis; her grandson andgranddaughter-in-law, Scottand Carrie Davis; and hertwo great-grandchildren,Ethan Shepherd Davis andAudrey Kate Davis; fivenieces and one nephew,their spouses and children,and friends. Visitation will befrom 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. onSunday, October 11, 2008. Amemorial service will be heldat 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 12, 2008 at Leak Memory with visitation one hour prior.
