MC CORMACK, NELLIE ENG. It is with great sadness that we inform family and friends that our beloved mother Nellie McCormack, passed away peacefully at the CSSS-IUGS Argyll Pavillon in Sherbrooke on Saturday, April 5, 2014. Nellie was in her 89th year. She was the spouse of the late Paul-Emile Bouffard (1927-1979) and daughter of William John McCormack and Catherine Cadogan. She is survived by her children Diane (late Gaëtan Lavallée), Marlene (late Réjean Bergeron), Michael (Marcie Fequet), Linda (Denny Papineau), David (Linda Cyr), 15 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and mother to son of the late Donald (1946-2007). She is also survived by her two sisters Eileen and Evelyn McCormack and was the sister of the late Thomas, Kathleen, Lilly, Maureen, William, Patrick and Annie. Resting at Steve Elkas Funeral Home, 601 Conseil St., Sherbrooke on Friday, April 11, 2014 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The funeral service will be at St-Patrick Church (20 Gordon, Sherbrooke, Corner King) on Friday, April 11, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be held at the St-Michael Cemetery in Sherbrooke. The family would like to thank Dr Catherine Vanasse and the caregivers at the CSSS-IUGS Argyll Pavilion for their care. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society Estrie, 375, Argyll St., Suite 0725, Sherbrooke, J1J 3H5, would be greatly appreciated.
