GEDNEY, Muriel Mildred (nee: Henderson) - Peacefully at St. Joseph's Lifecare Centre on Thursday, April 26th, 2007 in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late Howard Gedney (1983). Beloved mother of Sharron and Brian. Caring grandmother of Jacinda, Brandon, and Kristy. Great-grandmother of Kamryn, Brydon and Nolan. Muriel is also survived by 2 brothers George and Alex. She is the caring aunt of many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sisters Marian and Alice and her brother Donald. Muriel was a volunteer for many years in the Tea Room at the John Noble Home and also volunteered at St. Joseph's Hospital. She attended Wellington United Church for many years. She also attended Echo Place United Church where she served in the nursery and as a Sunday School teacher. Arrangements entrusted to the HILL & ROBINSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 30 Nelson Street. A memorial visitation will take place privately. Cremation has taken place. Muriel's ashes will be interred at Mount Hope Cemetery.
