NOONAN Michael W., 72, of Livingston, NJ, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday June 25, 2013. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St Philomena's Church 396 South Livingston Avenue Livingston, NJ, on Saturday June 29, 2013 at 12 Noon. Cremation will be private. The family will receive their friends at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Avenue Livingston, NJ, on Friday June 28, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Born in Jersey City to the late John and Muriel Noonan. Michael was an avid reader and fisherman. Sandy Hook, NJ, was his favorite spot. He was a salesman for the Encyclopedia Britannica Company and other companies. He was a devout catholic and was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 3533 Our Lady of the Mountains. Beloved husband for 36 years to Diane (nee Rohland) Noonan. Devoted father of James (Donna) Noonan, Diane (Vinny) Scriveri, Craig Noonan and Katherine Noonan. Loving grandfather of Tara Scriveri, Anthony Scriveri, Michael Noonan, Vicky Scriveri, Daniel Noonan, Brianna Noonan-Grasso and Caitlynn Noonan-Grasso. Cherished great-grandfather of Sebastian. Dear brother of John (Samie) Noonan, Peter (Karen) Noonan, Edmund (Ruth) Noonan, Stephen (Cathy) Noonan, Daniel (Donna) Noonan, Adele (Kevin) Fister, Susan, Robert, Richard, Joseph Noonan and the late Patricia Hart . Brother-in-law of Richard Hart and Barbara Anklin. Michael is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and his childhood friend Kurt Beyrich.
