OBITUARY Michael Morin 1926 - 2009 Michael Ryan Morin passed away at home in Vercheres on July 17, 2009. He is survived by his sister Shirley (Bernard Costello), his wife Audrey and his children Patrick (Marcelle Migneault), Mary Anne (Harold Neron), Kim (Louis Hansen), Kathleen (Noel Myers) and Maureen (John Wiggins), eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Mike worked for IOC in Sept-Iles for many years before he was transferred to IOC Contrecoeur. He was an avid runner and cross country skier. He completed several marathons, was happily involved with MILSC (Comhra) and initiated and organized the Terry Fox run in Vercheres, which will celebrate its tenth anniversary this year. In lieu of flowers, a donation and, if possible, participation in the Terry Fox run in Vercheres would be greatly appreciated. Visitation will be at the Residence funeraire Riopel, 4 St-Andre, Vercheres, (450-583-3511). On Tuesday July 21, at 9 a.m. The funeral will take place at St. Franois-Xavier church in Vercheres at 10:30 a.m.; Friends and colleagues are welcome without further invitation. A celebration of his life take place at a future date.
