Mystic - Mary T. Lowe, 89, of Mystic, died Wednesday, March 26, 2014, at her home.She was the wife of John P. Lowe, who died in 2009. Mary worked for many years assisting her husband in the management of John's Café in Mystic, a popular Irish Pub. She was a gracious and giving person and a loving mother.She is survived by her two sons, Kevin and Brian Lowe of Mystic; two grandsons, Ryan and Sean Lowe; her sister, Kathleen Burger of California; and two nieces.In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her son, John P. Lowe; and grandson, Jesse Lowe.A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 2, at St. Patrick Church, 32 East Main St., Mystic. Burial will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery, River Road, Old Mystic. There are no calling hours.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Patrick Church, Mystic.The Dinoto Funeral Home, 17 Pearl St., Mystic, is assisting the family.
