MOORE, Mary O., 89, of Tampa, went to be with the Lord October 24, 2004, after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nathaniel L. Moore Sr.; a son, John W. Moore; and two brothers, Martin and Carl Ottley. Survivors include a son, Nathaniel L. Moore; three daughters, Patricia Maynard, Linda Mayer and Allydia Vollrath; brother, Jerome Ottley; two sisters, Dolores Harris and Bernice Kitzko; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Mrs. Moore was a native of Winchester, Tenn., but has resided in Tampa most of her life. She was a member of the Epiphany of Our Lord Catholic Church and had worked for the Hav-A-Tampa Cigar Co. A funeral service officiated by Father Ignatious Touc will be held noon Monday at the funeral home with interment following at 3 p.m. at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Dade City. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
