Late of St.Clair Beach. Beloved wife of the late Leo (2002). Dear step-mother of Jim and Paulette; Steve and Laura. Daughter of the late James and Anne Guthrie. Dear 'Gran-J' to Laura and Stephen Miernicke; Jenny and Rob Buxbaum; Danielle and Karen Myers; Lindsay and Natalie Miernicke. Dear sister of Peter and Muriel Guthrie; Dianne and Patrick O'Neill; John and Marie Guthrie; and will be remembered by many nieces and nephews. Mary Jane was a member of Beach Grove Golf and Country Club, Southport Sailing Club and enjoyed her garden. Visiting Tuesday, from 2:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at The Marcotte Funeral Home and Chapel, 12105 Tecumseh Road, Tecumseh (735-2830). The Funeral Service will be held on June 8, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at Marcotte's. Rev'd Kevin George officiating. As your expression of sympathy, a donation to the Transition to Betterness would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Mary Jane Miernicke in the Marcotte Heritage Forest.
