Mary Elizabeth Nelson Goodwin, 77, of Fountain Inn, passed away Thursday, Dec. 18, 2003.Born in Fountain Inn, she was the daughter of the late Henry Clyde and Rosa Peden Nelson and was a member of Beulah Baptist Church. Surviving are five nieces and three nephews. Memorial Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2003, at Beulah Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Beulah Baptist Church 1762 Greenpond Road, Fountain Inn, SC 29644 or to the Greenville Humane Society, 328 Furman Hall Road, Greenville, SC 29609.Palmetto Cremation Service is assisting the Goodwin family.
