Mary Bell, age 56, of Nixa, Mo., born June 13, 1949, in Alton, Ill., to the late Fredrick A. and Virginia P. Stahl Redd, passed away December 23, 2005, at Cox Medical Center at 6:21 p.m. She was an avid golfer and member of Fremont Hills Country Club. She was united in marriage on June 5, 1988, with G. Michael Bell She was associated with and served as Vice-President and Director of Operations of several banking institutions including First National Bank of St. Louis, Rolla State Bank/Centerre Bank of Rolla, Mo., Commerce Bank, Union Planters and Missouri State Bank, all in Springfield. She is survived by her husband, G. Michael Bell three sons, Chadley Bell, of Nixa Travis Bell and his wife, Tina, of Nixa and Jason Bell and his wife, Erin, of St. James her mother-in-law, Illa Bell, of Rolla, Mo. two brothers, Mike Redd and his wife, Carol, and Fred Redd and his wife, Kim, both of Alton, Ill. one sister, Jane Phelps and husband, Bill, of Destrehan, La. two grand-children, Lauren and Nolan Bell brothers and sisters-in- law, Ed and Marilyn Schmidt, of Rolla, Mo., and Rusy and Marcia Shadel, of Lebanon several nieces and nephews other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, December 29, 2005, at Thieme-Shadel Funeral Service at Rivermonte, with Rev. Gary Longenecker officiating. Graveside service and burial will be in Adams Cemetery in St. James, Mo., at 3 p.m. Thursday, under direction of Thieme-Shadel Funeral Service at Colonial Chapel, Lebanon.
