JOHNSON, Marjorie Helen January 4, 1917 - May 6, 2009 On May 6th, 2009 Marjorie Helen Johnson passed away peacefully at the age of 92. Marjorie was the last surviving member of the family of Edward and Laura Henrietta Benner originally of Paradise Valley, Alberta. She is survived by her brother-in-law Gordon (Phyllis) Huxley and by her nieces and nephews: Esther LeBrocque, Gloria (Lawrence) Korobko, David (Judy) Dickson, Beatrice (Rob) Hennig, Bernice (Laurie) Fraser; David Huxley, Kenneth (Darlene) Huxley, Philip (Joanne) Huxley; Clara (Tom) Eymundson, Marian (Ken) Weins, Brian (Aila) Cuff, George (Arliss) Cuff. Marjorie is predeceased by husband John (1964) and by sisters Frances, Annie, Kathleen and Rose. Marjorie was a woman of great faith in her Lord and Saviour. She was a faithful attendee at Sharon Gospel Hall for many years after moving back to Edmonton in 1985 and was noted for her quiet yet confident faith. She was also viewed as a very kind and forgiving person, always seeing the best in everyone. The Memorial Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 15th, 2009 at Parkland Baptist Church 121 Brookwood Drive, Spruce Grove. Pastor Randy Radke will officiate. Any donations in memory of Marjorie could be made to Meadowlodge Bible Camp c/o Keith Coss, 51511 Range Road 215, Sherwood Park, Alberta T8E 1H1.
