CHALIFOUX LAROSE Marie-Lucette, 62 years, of Hurkett, Ontario, passed away Thursday, June 19, 1997 in the Nipigon District Memorial Hospital, Nipigon, Ontario. Marie was employed with A & R Greenhouses. She enjoyed discing, Bingo ' travelling and was an avid reader. She was a member of the Women's Auxiliary to the Hurkett Community Centre and was an active voluriteer in the community. Predeceased by her parents: Isabelle and Donat Larose, and by her son: Jean-Guy in 1992, she is survivred by her husband: Janot; by one son: Pierre (& wife Laud-Ann) of Hurkett, Ontario; by three daughters: Danielle Chalifoux of Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix, Quebec, Ginette (& husband Ron) Nichols of Hurkett, Ontario and Rachel Chalifoux of Ottawa, Ontario; by eight grandchildren: Éric, Ginger, Bradley, Trevor, Jeremy, Kelly, Dana-Ann and Pierre Jr.; by daughter-in-law: Marie Chalifoux and her son Allan; by son-in-law: Don Campbell; by seven sisters and brothers: Mary-Paul Larose, Mithelle Larose, Pierrette (& husband Denis Laverne), Marcelle (& husband Rheal Spencer), Denis (& wife Ginette Larose) and Margel (& wife Therese Larose), all of Quebec, and Gilles Larose of Hurkett, Ontario. Numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.Rested et the Elliott Funeral Home Ltd., Nipigon, Ontario where friands may call after 4 P.M. on Sunday, June 22,1997. Funeral services has been held on Monday, June 23, 1997 et 11 A.M. et the Church of the Annunciation, Nipigon with Father J. Lynch officiating. Intermentin Hurkett United Cemetery.Prayers have been offered et the funeral home on Sunday.
