DAVIS, Mrs. Marie Albright, 94, a resident of 894 Peagler Street, Prattville, AL, died Sunday, May 6, 2001. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 12, 2001 at 1:00 p.m. from the Mt. Mariah Primitive Baptist Church with the Rev. James Oree Officiating Minister-Pastor. Burial will be in the Churchyard Cemetery with Matthews Funeral Home directing. She leaves to cherish her memories three daughters, Mamie (L. C.) Woods, Montgomery, AL, Marie (Jessie) Davis and Emma (Brady) Bowman, all of Prattville, AL; three sons, George (Beatrice) White, Lewis (Ethel) Albright, all of Philadelphia, PA and John (Delorise) Albright of Prattville, AL; eight strpchildren, Albert (Clara) Davis, Walter (Louise) Davis, all of Cleveland, OH, Fannie (Quincey) Washington, Ethel Hines and E-Olean Carver, all of St. Louis, MO, Ella Queen Johnson, Harrison (Bettye) Davis, all of Prattville, AL and Catherine (Robert) Goodson, Detroit, MI; one sister-in-law, Hazel Davis; 72 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The body will lie in state at the church one hour prior to services.
