Born in Madison County on November 21, 1928, Mrs. Anderson was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker. She was a devoted member of the Dorland Memorial Presbyterian Church in Hot Springs and enjoyed spending her time with the ones she loved, her family.Mrs. Anderson was a daughter of the late Emmette Davis and Neta Belle Corn Davis. She was also preceded in death by three sisters and seven brothers.Marguerite leaves behind her family including: husband of 56 years, Don Anderson; daughters, Terry Herbert (Frank) of Hilton Head, SC and Donna Anderson Bagwell (Richard) of Greenville, SC; sister, Pat Sluder (Jerry) of Weaverville; brother, David Davis (Emma Kate) of Hot Springs; grandsons, David Johnson, Michael Johnson (Carrie) and Brent Bagwell; granddaughter, Christina Bagwell; great grandchildren, Foster and Alice Wren Johnson; many nieces and nephews.Funeral services for Mrs. Anderson will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the Dorland Memorial Presbyterian Church in Hot Springs conducted by the Reverend Dr. Gene Linton.
