Margaret Tidwell Peters Margaret Louise Tidwell Peters, 83, formerly of Glendale, died Friday, Jan. 21, 2005, in Inverness. The service will be at 11 a.m. CST Monday at the Jerry Evans Chapel (850-951-0668) in DeFuniak Springs, with the Rev. Mott Howard officiating. Burial will follow the service at Gaskin Baptist Church Cemetery.Family will receive friends one hour before the service at the funeral home. She was born Jan. 23, 1921, in Walton County, the daughter of Cleveland and Carrie Griffith Tidwell. Survivors include her daughter, Faye Howard (and husband Mott) of Bushnell; her son, B.J. Peters of Tallahassee; her sister, Hazel Rachels (and husband Buford) of Glendale; her brother, Arnold C. Tidwell (and wife Betty) of Lake Talquin; eight grandchildren, Gale, Dale, Dawn, Wendi, Valarie, Melissa, Jude and Bill; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
