LUCILLE VERNONWILLIAMS, 95Cashier LAKELAND - Lucille Vernon Williams, 95, Lakeland, died February 26, 2012 at Good Shepherd Hospice of natural causes. She was born in Riner, Virginia on February 29, 1916. She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer S. Williams. She is survived by a brother, William M. Bowyer, Jr., Roanoke, Va., 3 daughters, Ann Akers, Lakeland, Fl., Frances Guarna, Lakeland, Fl., and Brenda Basham, Shawsville, Va., 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
