Louise K. Anderson, a lifelong Ossining resident, died suddenly on October 11, 2004 at home at the age of 90. She was born in Ossining on June 22, 1914 to Casmir and Grace Oliver Wagner. Louise was fondly known as the "Unofficial Mayor of the Northside". She was a member of St. Paul's on the Hill Episcopal Church. Louise is survived by her son Jerry Mansfield of Ossining; daughter Pauline Tooley of Toms River; nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She will be reposing Wednesday and Thursday 2-4 and 7-9PM. Funeral Services will be Friday 10 AM at St. Paul's of the Hill, Rev. Stephen Holton officiating, Burial at Dale Cemetery.
