August 16, 2012 Linda L. (Gardner) Kearney, 65, of Liverpool, passed away Thursday at St. Joseph's Hospital, with family by her side. She was born on November 25, 1946, in Gloversville, NY, daughter of Joseph and Frances Wells Gardner. On September 2, 1972, she was united in marriage to Thomas Kearney in Syracuse. She cherished her family and friends. Surviving are her husband, Thomas; her son, Tommy Kearney; two brothers, John (Diane) Gardner, Robert (Susan) Gardner; five sisters, Elizabeth Ballard, Irene (John) Proper, Susan O'Neal, Brenda Forkhamer, Cynthia (Vincent) Look; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; along with longtime friend of 58 years, Maria Zackowski. She was predeceased by a sister, Kathy, and a brother, Maurice. Calling hours will be held on Monday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N.
