Linda Andrews Rome Linda Stevener Andrews, 61, of Rome, passed away January 7, 2013. She was born May 9, 1951, in Utica, the daughter of Russell and Constance Hart Stevener. Linda married Jack Andrews on July 10, 1971, at Calvary Methodist Church, Rome. She was employed with New London Food Market and Adolfi Food Land. Linda cherished her family and friends. She is loved by all and will be greatly missed. She is survived by her son, Rick Andrews and wife, Mar, of Rome; her daughter, Jill Dixon, of Rome; grandchildren, Aidan Dixon, Molly Jane Wells and Carissa Jade Andrews; two brothers, Russell Stevener, of Marcy, and Jeffrey Stevener and wife, Kim, of Rome; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at Dimbleby, Friedel, Williams & Edmunds Funeral Home, Forty Main Street, Whitesboro. Interment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Calling hours are Wednesday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider memorials to the Rome Rescue Mission. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
