CONNOLLY, KATHLEEN F., died Monday November 4, 2002. She was 66. Born on July 15, 1936, Mrs. Connolly was a twelve year resident of Casselberry, Florida having previously been a resident of Stamford, Connecticut, where she raised her family. Mrs. Connolly was President of the Deer Run Property Owners Association #2, President of the Fox Hollow Home Owners Association #16, a parishioner of the Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church and a member of the Saints Peter and Paul CCW. She was a past officer of the Women's Volunteers of the Maitland Arts Center and a past officer of the Winter Park Benefit Association. She is a former parishioner of St. Maurice parish and St. Bridget parish in Stamford, CT. Her past volunteer activities include being a past President of Stamford Junior Women's Club, an officer of the St. Maurice parish Women's Guild, a member of the Board of Directors of the Stamford YWCA, a member of the couples club at Turn of River Presbyterian Church and the Women's Fellowship of Turn of River Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Connolly was pre-deceased by her parents, Nancy Grimaldi Fitzgerald and Edward Fitzgerald, and two sisters; Cara Fitzgerald and Laura Grauer. She is survived by her two daughters, Elizabeth Gilbert of Stamford, Connecticut and Kathleen Falco of Old Greenwich, Connecticut. Her son in-laws William Gilbert and Matthew Falco, her five grandchildren; Jeremy Gilbert, Benjamin Gilbert, Laura Gilbert, Michael Falco and Samuel Falco. As well as her siblings; Elaine Mayette, Edward Fitzgerald, Marilyn Williams, John Fitzgerald and Nancy Harrison. A memorial service will be held at 10AM, Wednesday, November 6 in the chapel at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 5300 Old Howell Branch Rd.,Winter Park, FL. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Hospice of the Comforter, 595 Montgomery Rd, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714.
