ARRINGTON, Mr. John Weldon Dunn, age 62, a resident of 870 Crenshaw Road, Wetumpka, AL, died Friday, May 11, 2001. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 19, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. at the Eunice M. Mitchell Memorial Chapel, Hillside Mortuary, Wetumpka, AL with the Rev. L. D. Milner officiating. Burial will be Hillside Memorial Gardens. Hillside Mortuary Directing. He leaves to cherish his memories a loving and devoted wife, Sadie Mae Arrington, Wetumpka, AL; one son, John Arrington, III, Rochester, NY; five daughters, Mattie Dunn, Jeanette Dunn, Virginia Dunn, Bertha Dunn and Lisa Dunn, all of Rochester, NY; four sisters, Willie Mae Little, Wetumpka, AL, Lola Roberts, Montgomery, AL, Ella Mae Dunn and Essie Dunn, both of Los Angeles, CA; three brothers, Albert Mathews, Wetumpka, AL, Eddie (Donna) Dunn and Jessie Addren Dunn, all of Montgomery, AL; a devoted nephew, Richard (Vanessa) Foster and two devoted nieces, Linda (James) Calhoun and Lawanda (Jack) Morgan; one devoted aunt, Money Jackson, Montgomery, AL; 17 grandchildren; a host of stepchildren; step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The family will receive Friday, May 18, 2001 from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Eunice M. Mitchell Memorial Chapel. The body will lie in state at the church one hour prior to service.
