CURRY, John B. Peacefully with his family by his side, John entered eternal rest on Saturday, February 4th at the Palliative Care Unit, Marianhill, Pembroke. John died suddenly after a brief and stoic battle with cancer in his beloved Ottawa Valley. He is survived by his loving wife Cecilia (Culhane), devoted daughters Ellen (Jack O'Connor) and Pauline (Allan MacDonald), cherished grandchildren Joseph, Alison, Katie and John. He will be missed by his sisters Sister Ruth Marie Curry, Margaret Anne (Neil Clow) and Patricia Hensien; brothers Jim (Joan), Patrick (Jane) and Stephen (Luella). He is predeceased by his parents Patrick Curry & Celestine (McManus), sister-in-law Judy Curry and brother-in-law Robert Hensien. Mass of the Resurrection will be celerated at St. Ann's Church, Cormac, on Saturday, February 11th at 11 a.m. Friends may offer condolences to the family at St. Ann's Church from 10 until 11 a.m. Special thanks to the nurses, doctors and staff of B-5, Ottawa Civic Hospital and Palliative Care Unit of Marianhill, Pembroke.
