Joan G. Clark NEW YORK MILLS Joan G. Clark, 77, of New York Mills, passed away Friday, February 6, 2015 at Faxton-St. Lukes Healthcare. She was born July 5, 1937 in Clark Mills, the daughter of Joseph and Leona C. (Butts) Roberts and was educated in Clinton schools. Joan was employed at St. Lukes Memorial Hospital, retiring in 2000. She attended the Clark Mills Baptist Church and Sacred Heart/St. Marys Our Lady of Czestochowa Church. Joan enjoyed weekend trips to Old Forge with her fiance, Patrick Rooney. Besides Patrick, she is survived by, sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth L. (Cynthia) Clark, Coldbrook and David O. (Jacqueline) Clark, Whitesboro; grandchildren, Andrea and her companion, Kenneth, Dennis and his wife Carrie, Jennifer and her husband Brent Muncy and Michelle Clark and great grandchildren, Brent, JR, Maximus, Colt and Alex. She was predeceased by her sisters, Mariam and Diane. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Dimbleby, Friedel, Williams & Edmunds Funeral Homes, 40 Main St., Whitesboro.
