LATHAM Jane Egnor Gray, 73, of Latham, beloved wife of 55 years to Daniel J. Gray Sr., died Sunday, May 15, 2005 at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany. She was born in Troy the daughter of the late Walter and Othelia Wilhelm Egnor. Mrs. Gray was raised in Watervliet and graduated from Watervliet High School. She was a lunch aide for the North Colonie School District at Shaker Junior High School for 20 years before retiring. Mrs. Gray lived in Latham for the last 47 years where she was a communicant of Our Lady of the Assumption Church. She was a member of the Rosary Society, taught religious education for 35 years and was a Eucharistic Minister all at O.L.A. In addition to her beloved husband, she is also survived by her loving children, Michael (Traci) Gray of Norfalk, Va. and Daniel (Tamara) Gray Jr. of Latham; five grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 18, 2005 at 9:15 a.m. from the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, 149 Old Loudon Road, Latham and at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 498 Watervliet-Shaker Road, Latham where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Geoffrey D. Burke, pastor. Relatives and friends are invited to attend and may also call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. Interment will be in St. Agnes Cemetery in Cohoes.
